Nicu Bogdan Sterian

Nicu Bogdan Sterian has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nicu Bogdan started their career at Lugera & Makler as a Junior Consultant and later worked as a Junior Banking Officer. In 2007, they joined UniCredit Tiriac Bank as an HR Specialist and eventually became a HR Planning & Control Senior Professional. In 2012, they moved to UniCredit Bank Austria AG as a HR Planning & Control Senior Professional. Currently, Nicu is working at UniCredit Bank Romania, where they have held various roles including Head of HR Planning & Control Function, Head of Data Intelligence, Pricing and Profitability.

Nicu Bogdan Sterian attended Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Electrical Engineering & Computer Science with a focus on Automatics. Nicu Bogdan then went on to study Financial Management & Accounting at Spiru Haret University Bucharest from 2006 to 2009. Earlier, from 1998 to 2002, they completed their high school education at Colegiul National "Gh. Rosca Codreanu" Birlad, specializing in Mathematics and Physics.
