Ruff Oana

Ruff Oana has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ruff started their career as a Business Consultant at the Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation. Ruff then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Universitatea POLITEHNICA din Bucuresti. Following that, they were a Project Controller at schuler hi-cad systems GmbH. Ruff then transitioned to a role as Manager IT-Controlling at Deutsche Telekom. Ruff later became an IT Manager at PLUS-DISCOUNT, spol. s r. o. Most recently, they have been working at UniCredit Bank Romania, where they have held multiple roles including Head of Planning and Controlling Function (MIS), Head of Management Information System (MIS), Head of Chief Data Office, and currently as the Head of Data & Intelligence.

Ruff Oana holds a Master's Degree in Advanced Economical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which was earned between 1999 and 2000. Prior to that, Ruff Oana completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the same university from 1994 to 1999. In 1997 to 1998, Ruff Oana received a Degree ERASMUS-Certificate from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Universität Trier. Ruff Oana's academic journey began at Tudor Vianu National College of Computer Science, where a High School Diploma and certificate as an analyst programmer and computer operator were earned between 1990 and 1994.
