Christoph Ramler has extensive experience in brand management and communication, currently serving as the Group MarComs Data, Research & Intelligence Lead and previously as the Head of Group Stakeholder Insight at UniCredit since July 2007. Ramler's responsibilities include designing and running integrated communication performance monitoring, leading employee listening initiatives, managing group-wide brand reputation and customer experience survey programs, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Prior to UniCredit, Ramler worked as the Regional Manager for Brand Management CEE at Bank Austria. Ramler holds an Executive Course in Corporate Strategy from ESCP Business School, an Executive Course in Strategic Execution from IMD, and an Executive Course in Digital Business Transformation from IMD, along with a Master’s Degree in Media Management from FH St. Pölten.
