Guglielmo Zadra

Head of Internal Audit at UniCredit

Guglielmo Zadra began his career in 1997 at Ernst & Young in London, where he joined the Financial Services Audit Department.

From 2000 to 2008, he worked at Morgan Stanley London as an Executive Director in the Equity Research Department, focusing on European Banks.

In late 2008, he joined the UniCredit Group in Milan as Head of Group Planning, Strategy and Capital Management. In 2013, he moved to Group Risk Management, where he was appointed Head of Group Credit and Integrated Risks, responsible at Group-level for credit risk reporting, credit risk strategies and monitoring, ICAAP and Stress Testing as well as the coordination and steering of Credit Risk models. During this period, Guglielmo was also appointed as a representative in the EBA Banking Stakeholders Group and in the EBF's GBI committee.

In October 2016, Guglielmo was appointed CFO and member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank AG in Munich, Germany.

In May 2020, Guglielmo was appointed Head of Group Regulatory Affairs for the UniCredit Group.

From the 30th of November 2020, he is Head of Internal Audit.
