Serkan Cetin

Serkan Cetin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director in M&A Europe at UniCredit since September 2022. Prior to this role, Serkan was a Director at Nomura from December 2015 to August 2022, specializing in M&A across the EMEA region. Experience also includes serving as Associate Director in Investment Banking at UBS, with a focus on Consumer Products & Retail in EMEA, from May 2014 to December 2015. Earlier in Serkan’s career, roles included Associate at Deutsche Bank in M&A for FIG CEEMEA and Turkey, and an internship at Merrill Lynch in equity research. In addition, Serkan worked as a consultant at Kerkhoff Consulting GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Istanbul University and further studies at Koç University.
