Guru Reddy

Guru Reddy has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Guru is currently serving as the Vice President of Preclinical R&D at Unicycive Therapeutics Inc since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Research & Development at Pharmazz, Inc. from February 2020 to January 2022.

From April 2010 to September 2019, Guru Reddy worked at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, initially as the Vice President of Preclinical Research & Development, and then as the Senior Director of Preclinical Research & Development from August 2004 to March 2010.

Before joining Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, they worked as the Marketing Manager at Ciphergen Biosystems from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Oncology at Pangene Corporation from 1996 to 2002.

Guru Reddy started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Yale University from 1991 to 1996. Overall, they have built a strong background in preclinical research and development, with experience in leadership roles and a focus on the biopharmaceutical sector.

Guru Reddy pursued their education in the field of Biochemistry. Guru completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from the University of Hyderabad from 1982 to 1984. Later, from 1985 to 1990, they obtained their Ph.D degree in Biochemistry from the University of Poona.
