Helcio Tessaro is an experienced HR professional with a diverse work history. Helcio most recently served as the Head of People at Unidas and the HR Director at Ouro Verde Locacao E Servico. Prior to that, they were a founding partner at Boi and Beer Comércio de Carnes Ltda. Helcio also worked as the Chief People Officer as a Service - (HR Consultant) at bringIT e-commerce. Helcio Tessaro earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Federal do Paraná in 1988-1992. Helcio continued their education at the same university and completed a Pos-Graduated program in Human Resources in 1992-1993. In 1999-2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management at The George Washington University. From 2016 to 2021, Helcio attended Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, where they obtained the title of Conselheiro Certificado de Administração in the field of Governança Corporativa.
