Michela Pecchia

Michela Pecchia is currently the Head of HR Organization & Learning Development at Unidata. Previously, Michela worked as the Responsabile Certificazioni e Compliance at Sigma Consulting - Sigma Integrated Systems and as the Responsabile sistema gestione qualità. Michela holds a Master's degree in "Open Innovation & Intellectual Property" from Luiss Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology - Indirizzo economico, organizzativo e del lavoro from Sapienza Università di Roma. Michela also has certifications in English language proficiency and has a background in project management, quality control, and process improvement.
