Andrey Baklitskiy has a vast experience in the field of disarmament research and nuclear nonproliferation. Andrey currently serves as a Senior Researcher at UNIDIR and previously held positions as a Consultant and Program Director at PIR Center. With a background in region studies and a degree from Ural State University, Andrey has also worked as a Senior Research Fellow and Analyst at MGIMO University and as a Research Fellow at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry. Additionally, Andrey has been a Visiting Research Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
