Katie Swengros

Katie Swengros has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Katie'smost recent role was as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Unifeye Vision Partners. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at EyeCare Partners. Katie also held VP positions at Maritz and Citi, where they were responsible for managing HR functions and had matrix reporting to senior HR officers and executives. Katie has a strong background in overseeing HR operations in different industries, including financial services and healthcare.

Katie Swengros obtained their Bachelor's degree in LSA/Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
