Rick Gill possesses extensive experience in the industrial piping sector, currently serving as the National Product Manager at Unified Alloys since October 2001, where work involves assessing cost of ownership and reliability of piping systems for Coastal BC pulp and paper mills, and collaborating with municipalities and engineers on stainless piping specifications. Prior to this role, Rick was the owner of Sureflow Technologies Ltd from March 1998 to September 2001, focusing on supplying fabricated piping systems and valves for pulp and paper mills and municipal infrastructures. Earlier career experience includes positions in outside sales at Grinnell Supply Sales Corp. from 1985 to February 1998, representing the company to various industrial and municipal contractors, and as a technical sales representative for Crane Canada Valve Division from 1980 to 1985, specifying industrial valves in oil and gas projects.
