Mike Ulibarri

Mike Ulibarri has extensive experience in emergency services, serving in various capacities since 1989. Currently, Mike is a retired Acting Deputy Director at the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands, on loan from the Unified Fire Authority, where Mike also holds the position of retired Battalion Chief. In addition, Mike functions as the White IST Deputy Operations Section Chief for FEMA and owns TechRescue Training, where Mike serves as an instructor. Mike Ulibarri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Services Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting, both from Utah Valley University.
