Tom R.

Tom R. has a long and varied work experience. Tom began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager for MT Construction. In 2001, they joined the United States Air Force as a Quality Assurance Evaluator/Manager, Calibration Supervisor, and Calibration Technician. In 2013, they became an Operations Manager for the Air Force, and in 2015 they moved to Keysight Technologies as a Sr. Field Service Engineer. In 2022, they began their current position as Director of Metrology Services for Unified Industries Incorporated, where they are responsible for a multi-tiered Inter-Laboratory Comparison Program. In all of their roles, Tom R. has demonstrated an extensive knowledge of quality systems, workload flow, and product lifecycles, and has used KPIs and lean principles to drive organizational performance.

Tom R. has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor's degree in National Security Policy Studies from Norwich University, and an Associate's degree in Electronics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
