Matthew Palmucci

Matthew Palmucci has been in the technology industry since 1994. Matthew began their career at Biscom as a Senior Sales Engineer, and was promoted to Director of Technical/Government Sales. In 2018, they became a Senior Technology Consultant for a Fortune 500 company, and in 2020 they joined Unified Office, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer. At Unified Office, they work with the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) market, helping to deliver business-class communications VOIP and IOT services on the latest mobile devices. During their time at Biscom, they led the expansion of FedEx from a local to a $5M global account. Matthew also managed the Ricoh Corporation Business contract and provided sales training, pre and post-sale support, conference calls, and demos to the Ricoh Major Account team in the US.

Matthew Palmucci obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts between 1987 and 1991. Matthew then obtained a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from KeyFlight Academy in October 2001. In 1994, they obtained their Certified Computing Professional (CCP) and Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) from Boston University Corporate Education Center. In 1995, they obtained their UNIX Systems certification from the same institution. In 1997, they obtained their Administering Microsoft SQL Server 6.5 Databases certification from Boston University Corporate Education Center. In 2000, they obtained their Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows 2000 Server (MCSE) certification from the same institution. In 2004, they obtained their Enterprise Sales Training certification from Sandler Training. In 2017, they obtained their Heavy Construction Management certification from Heavy Construction Academy and their Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) certification from CBT Nuggets. In 2020, they obtained their AWS Solutions Architect (Associate) Certification, Firewall Administration Essential Training, IT Service Desk: Service Management, and Learning Oracle Database 19c certifications from LinkedIn and their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with Agile certification from Project Management Institute. Matthew is also HIPPA Certified and obtained this certification in March 2022.
