Denis Livingston

Denis Livingston is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Nature's Way Dairy, which was sold to a strategic buyer in April 2020, and at Pak-Sher, a $40 million flexible packaging manufacturer. Denis also served as Chief Financial Officer for The Argon Group, a FinTech start-up, and as Vice President of Finance at ESW Capital. Denis holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, attained between 2013 and 2015, and a Master's degree in Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed from 1998 to 2003.
