Wallace Zeppenfeldt

Wallace Zeppenfeldt is the VP & GM of Unified Technologies in Puerto Rico. Wallace has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in solution design and project management.

Wallace began their career at Mitel Networks in February 2008 as a Solution Design Professional. In this role, they assisted Caribbean and Latin American partners with the design, data gathering, RFPs and RFIs for all customers proposed solutions (Cloud, UC, Contact Centers, and Hospitality). Wallace also prepared and delivered technical and functional presentations and demonstrations explaining solutions and services to existing and prospective partners and customers.

In July 2019, Wallace transitioned to their current role as VP & GM of Unified Technologies in Puerto Rico. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all sales and operations for the company in Puerto Rico.

Throughout their career, Wallace has completed several special projects, including serving as Project Manager for the Hyatt Regency Golf & Resort implementation in Curacao and leading the configuration and installation of Mitel-related applications for Worldnet Telecommunications in Puerto Rico. Wallace has also been in charge of the design and implementation of a fully virtualized voice, unified communications, Contact Center, Call Recording and IVR solution for Banco de Desarrollo Rural in Guatemala.

In addition to their special projects, Wallace has also been involved in several Cloud projects, including Tele-Services of Trinidad & Tobago - MiCloud Multi-Instance and Virtual for

Wallace Zeppenfeldt has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Interamericana - Recinto Metropolitano, and a high school diploma from Academia Santa Monica. Wallace also has various certifications from Palo Alto Networks, Visualize - Inc, Mitel, and VMware.
