Joseph Living

Joseph Living has a solid work history, starting with their role as a Retail Sales Manager at AT&T Mobility from December 2005 to February 2014. In November 2014, they transitioned to UnifiedCommunications.com as a Sales Engineer, where they provided companies with communication solutions until January 2020. Joseph then took on the role of Sales Engineering Manager at the same company from January 2020 to July 2022. Joseph further advanced their career as a Principal Engineer from July 2022 to March 2023 before becoming the Director of Engineering at UnifiedCommunications.com in March 2023, where they currently hold this position.

Joseph Living attended Houston Christian University from 2004 to 2007, where they studied accounting. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the Unified Communications Sales Certification and Contact Center Sales Certification from Plantronics. In 2015, they became a Kemp Qualified Engineer through KEMP Technologies. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Technology Specialist certification from AVIXA. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Joseph acquired the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional Exam Badge and the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional 2023 Exam certification respectively, both from Microsoft.
