Danielle Kiener

Danielle Kiener started their work experience in 2001 as an Auxiliaire aux Assistances Spéciales at Swissport. Danielle then worked as the Language Center Director at Berlitz from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they became a Management Development Assistant at Caterpillar. From 2006 to 2010, they held various roles at Thomson Reuters, including Customer Administration Team Leader and Order Management Specialist. Danielle then became the Customer Administration RTSL Team Manager from 2010 to 2015, followed by the role of Customer Administration Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Regional Head of Billing, EMEA & Asia at Thomson Reuters. In 2018, they joined Refinitiv as the Regional Head of Billing, EMEA & Asia. Currently, they are working as the Global Account Manager & Country Head at Unifiedpost Group since 2019.

Danielle Kiener has a Master's degree in Translation (German, English, French) from the University of Geneva, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they attended the Institut Libre Marie Haps for a short period in 2000 to study translation. Danielle also studied Applied Languages at Dublin City University from 1999 to 2000. Prior to their university education, they attended GSIS from 1986 to 1988. Danielle Kiener has also obtained certifications in Mindfulness Practices, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2020.
