James Beal

James Beal has a strong background in the IT industry, with experience in various roles related to software development, technical management, and solutions architecture. James started their career as a PreS Developer at Williams Lea in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Technical Analyst at Capita Communications in 2006. At Capita, they were responsible for building new IT systems and working on transactional jobs. In 2008, James joined Adare as a Document Engineer and later became the Document Services Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and programmers. During their time at Adare, they worked on transactional projects for various clients and gained expertise in PReS, GMC, XMPie, and data processing.
