Aaron Hanus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aaron began their career in 2004 as a Roy Lodge Manager at Grand View Lodge. In 2005, they worked as a Recreational Director at the same company. In 2005, they also joined Extended Stay Hotels as a General Manager until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Aaron served as a General Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where they managed human resources and various hotel operations. Since 2012, they have been with UniFocus, starting as a Business Advisor and progressing to roles such as Workforce Performance Consultant and Senior Workforce Performance Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at UniFocus.
Aaron Hanus attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant & Tourism Management.
