Aliénor de Ribier has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Aliénor started their career as a Food & Beverage and Front Office Trainee at Hôtel le Kaila 5***** in 2014, followed by a role as a Food and Beverage part-time trainee at Hilton Brussels City. In 2015, they worked as a Front Office Intern at NH Hotel Group and simultaneously held a position as a Housekeeping and Front Office part-time trainee at Pullman Hotels & Resorts. Aliénor then joined NH Hotel Group as a Front Office Agent in 2016 and later worked as a Guest Services Agent at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts in 2017.
In 2018, Aliénor became a Leader in Training at White Lodging Services, specifically at JW Marriott Austin. In this role, they rotated through various areas of the Front-Office department and was responsible for managing and coaching a team to achieve high guest satisfaction ratings. Aliénor continued their career in the hotel industry as an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center starting in 2019.
Most recently, Aliénor has been working at Unifocus, starting as a Senior Consultant - Client Services in 2021 and subsequently transitioning to the role of a Client Success Manager in 2023.
Aliénor de Ribier began their education in 2011 at Lycée Notre Dame du Grandchamp, where they pursued a Baccalauréat in Série Economique et Sociale. Aliénor completed this degree in 2014. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2017, Aliénor attended Vatel Belgium, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2017 to 2019.
