Celia Karseno has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Celia started their career at Bristol Hotels & Resorts as a Sales & Catering Trainer from 1998 to 2000. Celia then worked as a Regional Training Consultant at Signature Worldwide from 2000 to 2002. Celia joined UniFocus in 2002 and served as an Account Manager until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at AchieveGlobal as an Account Executive. In 2011, Celia joined LQ Management LLC as a Training Manager until 2012. Celia then returned to UniFocus and held various roles including Partner Relationship Manager for Survey Solutions and currently serves as the VP of Survey Solutions. Celia's experience spans across training, sales, account management, and partner relationship management.

Celia Karseno completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Tourism from Texas A&M University, attending from 1988 to 1992.
