Thom V's work experience includes various roles in client success, management, and hospitality. Thom currently works at Unifocus as the Manager of Client Success for APAC and EMEA. Prior to this, they were a Client Success Manager at the same company and also held the role of Senior Consultant, where they implemented and onboarded Knowcross products for hospitality properties.
Before joining Unifocus, Thom V worked at JW Marriott as a Guest Experience Manager, where they wrote and implemented SOPs, trained staff, and organized contracts and tours with local companies. Thom also gained experience at Salinda Resort Phu Quoc Island as an Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Relations Manager, overseeing daily operations and training teams.
Thom V's earlier experience includes working at Cassia Cottage Resort as an Assistant Manager, where they managed front office and reservations operations. Thom began their career at Novotel as an F&B Assistant.
Thom V. pursued their education starting in 2009 at London South Bank University, where they pursued a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management. Thom completed their studies in 2013. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, Thom enrolled in Leeds Beckett University, focusing on Tourism and Travel Services Management. During this period, they completed a MSC in Responsible Tourism.
