John Acena

John Acena has a varied work experience. John began their career in 2016 as a Recreation Leader at Bascom Community Center for San Jose Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services. John also served as an Intern for Health Stores for a Healthy Community at the Santa Clara County Public Health Department during this same year. In 2017, they volunteered for Project Probiotic at the Stanford University School of Medicine, and they also volunteered for Church of St. Anthony's. In 2018, John worked as a Medical Assistant for Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, as well as a Volunteer Clinical Research Coordinator for the Stanford Department of Psychiatry. John also volunteered for Stanford Cardinal Walk and BeWell Wellness Fair at Stanford University during this same year. In 2021, John began working as a Clinic Manager and Orthodontic Assistant for Uniform Teeth.
