Eric Mitchell

Eric Mitchell is a seasoned professional in the health and fitness industry, currently serving as a Fascia Stretch Therapist and Injury Prevention/Exercise Specialist at Sports Medicine Centre since June 2020. Mitchell also operates Mitchell Athlete Wellness as a business owner since August 2023. Previous experience includes an Injury Prevention role with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club from January 2022 to January 2025, as well as competing as an athlete for Ontario Bobsleigh from May 2019 to December 2024 and Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton from October 2021 to January 2022. Prior to this, Mitchell contributed as a Group Fitness Instructor at Greco Fitness from July 2016 to March 2020. Educationally, Mitchell holds a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in April 2023.
