Gilles Pélisson

Gilles Pélisson currently serves as President of Unifrance and as an Administrator at Sodexo since January 2024. Pélisson has held various leadership roles, including President of Institut Lyfe since June 2021 and Reference Administrator at Accenture since April 2012. Previous positions include Deputy General Director in charge of Media and Development at Groupe Bouygues and CEO of TF1 from February 2016 to March 2023. Pélisson co-founded the Fondation Institut Lyfe and was its President until June 2021, with earlier CEO roles at AccorHotels, Bouygues Telecom, and Euro Disney Associés SCA. Educational credentials include an Executive Education in Corporate Governance and an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School.
