Maggie Adams M.S. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Maggie is currently the Vice President of Operations at Unifund CCR since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Client Success at Attunely Inc. from October 2020 to January 2023, where they were responsible for client implementation and servicing strategies. From February 2020 to October 2020, they served as the President of Emergent Management Solutions LLC, working as a consultant for various industries. Maggie also held the position of Vice President of Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Management at InvestiNet LLC from December 2012 to February 2020. Maggie was the Vice President/Senior Director of Training and Quality Assurance at MRS Associates from June 2010 to November 2012 and was in charge of compliance, call monitoring, audit, and litigation. Maggie had their own business as a Client Services-Relationship/Training Professional from March 2009 to June 2010, catering to the financial services industry. Maggie started their career at Arrow Financial Services in 2001, where they held the roles of Director of Sales and Marketing Administration from February 2005 to June 2007 and National Training Manager/Auditing from October 2001 to March 2005. Maggie has previous educational experience studying Spanish/Business (Foreign Exchange) at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Spanish Language & Civilization at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
