Matt Taleff CISM has a diverse background in information technology and security. Matt Taleff began their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Pomeroy IT Solutions in 2002 and was later promoted to Desktop Support Manager at Fifth Third Bank. At Fifth Third Bank, they managed a team of 15 technicians and provided support for nearly 6000 employees.

In 2005, Taleff joined iSqFt / Construction Software Technologies as a Network and Server Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining Active Directory, configuring and supporting Windows servers, implementing a new VoIP phone system, and managing licensing agreements. Matt Taleff also played a key role in restructuring the voice and data network.

Taleff then joined MAG Maintenance Technologies in 2008 as a Network Manager. Here, they were tasked with constructing a new infrastructure to support a website initiative. Matt Taleff set up Windows Server 2008 domains, implemented an Active/Passive cluster for SQL Server 2005, and managed backup systems.

In 2009, Taleff took on two roles at Unifund CCR, serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Network Operations Center Manager. These positions allowed him to oversee the security and operations of the company's information systems.

Prior to their current roles, Taleff briefly worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Valeo Engine Cooling in 2009.

Overall, Taleff's experience includes managing IT support teams, implementing and maintaining server and network infrastructure, overseeing security measures, and managing licensing agreements.

Matt Taleff CISM completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Anderson High School from 1991 to 1997. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA.
