Dara Villanueva, MBA, CPDM, currently serves as the Vice President of the People Team and Senior Director of People Operations at Unify Consulting, where responsibilities include establishing HR processes to attract and retain talent while enhancing a collaborative culture. Previously, Dara held positions at Virginia Mason Medical Center, developing an HR Shared Services delivery model, and managing programs for worker health and safety. With extensive experience in human resources across various healthcare organizations, Dara has also contributed to the Disability Management Employer Coalition as the Seattle Chapter President, and has worked in roles focusing on employee health and wellness management. Dara holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a CPDM from the Insurance Education Association, and a BA in Music from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
