Marla Kurz

Marla Kurz is currently the Senior Director of Business Agility Service Line at Unify Consulting, leading and growing the Business Agility arm in the Seattle market. Marla is also the Practice Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Unify. Prior to Unify, Marla worked as a Leadership Consultant at Genesis Advisers and as a Principal Consultant at Kotter. Marla has diverse experience in leadership, organizational development, and human resources across various industries, including Rich Products Corporation, Clearwater Paper Corporation, Gonzaga University, Sara Lee, and SecurityLink (now ADT). Marla holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior & Management from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & English from the University of Detroit Mercy.
