Prajakta Sule

Prajakta Sule's work experience includes various roles as a Company Secretary and Compliance Lead. Prajakta started working at UNIFY Dots in July 2023 and is currently in the position. Prior to that, they worked at LTS as a Company Secretary and Legal Advisor from May 2023 to July 2023. From November 2016 to May 2023, they held the role of Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance counsel at Danone. Before that, they worked at Jupiter Infomedia Limited as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from October 2015 to November 2016. Prajakta also gained experience as an Apprentice at RK Tandon & Associates from 2013 to 2014.

Prajakta Sule started their education in 2005 at Seth M R Jaipuria School, where they completed their secondary education. Prajakta then attended the University of Lucknow from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Lucknow from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they completed their Company Secretary program.
