Stephen McHale

Stephen McHale has extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Stephen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UnifyWork since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Director of Unify Labs, a nonprofit tech innovation center, starting from January 2017. Stephen also held the position of Chairman of the Board at Arrive Health (formerly RxRevu) from July 2017.

McHale has served on the board of directors for Axuall, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, they were the CEO and Chairman of Explorys, an IBM Company, from September 2009 to June 2017. Stephen also held leadership roles as CEO and Chairman at Everstream from July 1999 to February 2006, and CEO of USConnect from 1996 to 1998.

Starting in 1983, McHale served as the CEO of McHale USConnect until 1998.

Stephen McHale attended Bowling Green State University from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems. Their field of study focused on systems analysis and design.
