Rieneke Getkate

Rieneke Getkate is a Pricing Actuary at Unigarant, the insurance company of ANWB, since September 2018. Prior experience includes an active membership at C.S.V. Ichthus Groningen from September 2013 to July 2018, where involvement included serving on the general board and as secretary on the daily board. Rieneke also completed an internship focused on the application of machine learning techniques in pricing at Unigarant from May 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, Rieneke worked as a student assistant at the University of Groningen from September 2014 to November 2016, leading workshops for various undergraduate courses in Econometrics and Operations Research. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Econometrics, Operations Research, and Actuarial Studies from the University of Groningen, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same university from 2013 to 2016. Further training was completed at the Actuarieel Instituut from January 2020 to July 2021.
