Nicolas Poignant

Nicolas Poignant has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Nicolas started their career as an intern in the banking center at Crédit Agricole in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an intern in the insurance division at Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel des Côtes d'Armor. In 2014, they briefly served as a fund manager's assistant at RMA Asset Management. In 2011, they worked as a treasurer, project manager, and communication division member at Junior Supélec Stratégie.

Nicolas then joined Unigestion in 2015 and held various positions within the company. Nicolas started as a quantitative research analyst intern, followed by a role as a quantitative researcher associate from 2015 to 2018. Nicolas then became an assistant portfolio manager in the derivatives department from 2018 to 2019 and later transitioned to the equities factors department as an assistant portfolio manager. Most recently, they held the position of portfolio manager and vice president in the equities department.

Nicolas Poignant began their education in 2006 at Lycée Bossuet, where they earned their Scientific "Baccalauréat" - High school diploma with a specialization in the European Section. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Lycée Chateaubriand, where they pursued a Post-secondary preparatory class in Mathematics and Physics. Following that, they enrolled in CentraleSupélec in 2011 and completed a Master of Science degree in Engineering in 2015. Additionally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they obtained a Msc in Financial Engineering.
