Joao Matias

Joao Matias is an experienced operations and service delivery professional with a strong background in management and technical roles. Currently serving as Operations Director at UNIKENET since May 2024, Joao previously held the position of Service Delivery Director for Network and Platforms at ITCenter. Prior roles include Head of Customer Success at Truphone, where customer satisfaction was prioritized throughout their lifecycle, and Manager at Celfocus, focusing on business development and digital transformation projects.
