Caroline Myrdahl has a diverse work experience. Caroline started their career at IKEA as a Saksbehandler from January 2005 to September 2008. Caroline then joined Nortura SA in May 2010 as a Kategoriassistent before becoming a Produktsjef Gilde og Prior from May 2010 to March 2011. From March 2011 to August 2014, they worked as a Brand Manager Gilde, focusing on brand building and assortment optimization. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Project Manager, Strategic Innovation & Business development from August 2014 to March 2019, where they led and implemented various innovation projects across the entire value chain. In March 2019, Caroline joined Unil AS as a Category and Procurement Manager - Private Label and Chief Buyer - United Nordic, responsible for negotiations, product development, project management, and optimizing the existing portfolio. Additionally, Caroline co-founded and co-owned Stella Baby AS from August 2012 to June 2017, where they developed and marketed a patented product.

Caroline Myrdahl completed their Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Kristiania University College. Caroline pursued this degree from 2005 to 2008. Later, they enrolled in an Executive program at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in Management for Increased Competitiveness. This program was completed from 2016 to 2017.
