Barbara Hösli

Barbara Hösli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Barbara began their career at UBS Wealth Management in 2000, where they worked in the Human Resources department until 2004. Following that, they joined Sunrise as an HR Manager from 2004 to 2008. Barbara then moved to Lindt & Sprungli, working as the Divisional Head of Human Resources from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Odlo and held various HR roles, including Head of Human Resources, HR Director, and ultimately CHRO. After leaving Odlo in 2019, Barbara joined HR PROFESSIONALS.CH as the Founder. Currently, they are working at Unilabs, where they have held positions such as Human Resources Director Switzerland, Head of Market HR Central Europe & Nordics, and currently holds the role of Head of HR - Global Markets & Commercial.

Barbara Hösli obtained a Master of Human Resources Management from ZHAW School of Engineering from 2006 to 2008. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued an MBA in Sportsmanagement at the University of Bayreuth. In 2020, Barbara earned a Diplom in Mobilizing People from IMD.
