Shalinee Basak

Shalinee Basak joined Unilabs in August 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Before joining Unilabs, she served as Vice President HR – EMEA, Vice President - Global Talent and HR Leader for Global Marketing, Digital and Communications at the Wella Company in Geneva. She has extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles in companies including Coty Inc. and Diageo Plc.

She holds an MSc from the Management department of the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s in Psychology from a premier Indian University.
