Mathilde Fleury is currently an engineering student at Université Laval, specializing in agriculture and food sciences, and has been actively engaged in various educational and professional experiences since 2020. At Université Laval, Mathilde is enrolled in courses focused on food quality, microbiological analysis, and sensory analysis, among others. Concurrently, Mathilde studies at UniLaSalle in the Food and Health program, emphasizing Quality Nutrition Hygiene Safety Environment (QNHSE). Practical experience includes an internship at American Desserts, where Mathilde revamped hygiene training processes, and a previous role at Ovalies UniLaSalle, ensuring food safety for a large-scale event.
