Vincent Hardy

Vincent Hardy is a lecturer in quality management and control at UniLaSalle since September 2019, where Vincent also heads the "Strategic Management and QNHSE" course. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a quality engineer at PASTACORP - LUSTUCRU RIVOIRE & CARRET from February 2017 to September 2019, overseeing quality and hygiene policies, preparing audits, managing the HACCP system, and training employees. Vincent gained experience as a quality project manager during a final year project at Bonduelle, focusing on harmonizing quality reporting across multiple factories. An internship at Mérieux NutriSciences provided valuable insights into sensory analysis, while an earlier internship at Sanofi introduced Vincent to the industrial sector. Vincent holds an engineering degree in biological engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, obtained in 2016, and a Baccalauréat S from Lycée Pierre d'Ailly.
