Andrew Decker

Andrew Decker has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management at Unilever since 2003. Currently serving as Procurement Director for Beauty and Personal Care in North America, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Digital Supply Chain and Global Supply Chain Director, overseeing significant procurement strategies and operations. Andrew's early career included managing procurement for deodorants and haircare categories and working in supply management analysis. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics from Penn State University.
