Aniket Gandhi

Aniket Gandhi possesses extensive experience in research and development within the beauty and personal care sectors. As the Head of R&D, Strategy & Operations for Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing business unit, Aniket led a significant segment of the 2 billion Euro South Asia market, demonstrating a strong track record in innovation and market leadership from August 2018 to September 2024. Prior to this role, Aniket served as Director of R&D for Personal Care at Shell International and gained valuable experience as a Technology Intern at the Shell International Technology Center in Amsterdam. Aniket's academic credentials include a Business Education Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master's degree in Science & Technology from the University of Twente.
