Burcu Cantekinler Koc serves as the Senior Human Resources Director for Unilever's Turkey National Organisation and Head of HR for Central Asia and Iran, contributing to the company's Compass Organizational Transformation initiated in 2022. Burcu has extensive experience in leading various HR functions across multiple regions, focusing on talent strategy, employee experiences, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
