Danielle Van Den Broek

Danielle Van Den Broek is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience at Unilever since April 2008. Currently serving as Chief HR Officer for the Personal Care Business and Corporate Functions, Danielle oversees HR operations across multiple global sectors including Marketing, Research & Development, and Finance. Previous roles include Chief HR Officer for Global Personal Care, Vice President of Human Resources in various divisions, and HR leadership positions across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Management & Organisation from the University of Groningen and completed advanced executive education at Wharton.
