Javeria Rehman

Javeria Rehman currently serves as SVP & Chief Growth Officer for US Skin Cleansing at Unilever, a position held since March 2025. Prior to joining Unilever, Javeria Rehman held several key roles at Reckitt, including Global Head of VMS & China Selfcare Expansion and Global Head of Growth Acceleration Platforms & Personal Care, from January 2021 to February 2025. Javeria Rehman's experience also includes serving as Global Vice President for Rx to OTC Switch and VMS at Sanofi from January 2019 to December 2020, and various leadership roles at Reckitt from 2007 to 2018, including Global Category Director for Gaviscon and Regional Marketing Director for Mexico and Central America. Early career experiences include positions at Novartis and Procter & Gamble. Javeria Rehman holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, completed between 1998 and 2001.
