Momina Javaid

Momina Javaid currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ice Cream Americas at Unilever since February 2021, previously holding leadership roles in HR for Unilever North America and Canada. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources at Avante Logixx Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations across multiple subsidiaries and leading mergers and acquisitions. Earlier positions include Senior Manager of Transformation at Philip Morris International, and extensive HR roles at Nestlé, including Senior Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager, Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Benefits Manager. Momina's career began in training and development, with key roles at Kashf Foundation, Abacus Consulting, and Warid Telecom. Momina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab.
