Nikhil Jacob possesses extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods sector with Unilever from September 2018 to February 2025. As Vice President Sales in the Centre of Excellence for Customer Marketing, Nikhil led strategy and technology deployment for sales operations generating €6 billion in topline revenue, focusing on performance marketing and developing an omni ecosystem for traditional trade. Previously, as Head of Marketing for Beverages, Nikhil was responsible for advertising, product innovation, and packaging for a €900 million portfolio, creating award-winning campaigns and enhancing product performance. Leading a 35-member team as General Manager for Coffee, Nikhil achieved significant market growth and recognition, while initial experience included a summer internship at Nokia India in sales and marketing. Nikhil holds a PGDCM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Certificate in Accelerated Management from the Yale School of Management.
