Nikhil Jain

Nikhil Jain currently serves as the Global IT Director for Supply Chain products at Unilever since January 2013, leading initiatives to enhance digital and AI capabilities across global supply chain functions, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and sustainability. Previously, Nikhil held various leadership roles within Unilever, including Programme Lead for Europe, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing integrated operations transformation and driving customer experience initiatives. Nikhil's experience also includes serving as the Supply Chain Data & Analytics Lead and Global IT Lead for Financial Planning, showcasing a strong focus on technology-driven solutions and big data infrastructure. Prior to Unilever, Nikhil worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as an SAP FI consultant and at Deloitte & Touche as a project intern, alongside an early career role at Sapient. Nikhil holds an MBA in Finance and IT from the Management Development Institute and has a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
