Ozge Sasmaz

Ozge Sasmaz has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, primarily with Unilever since June 2009. Currently serving as Integrated Planning Director for Europe Personal Care, Ozge has held various leadership roles, including Performance Delivery Director and Senior Category Planning Manager, focusing on category planning and optimizing supply networks across multiple factories. Notable achievements include enhancing service levels while maintaining inventory, generating significant cost savings, and successfully leading projects related to customer service, demand planning, and order-to-cash processes. Ozge holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University. Prior to joining Unilever, Ozge gained experience through internships at Eczacibasi, DaimlerChrysler, and BASF.
