Suleman Punjwani

Suleman Punjwani is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in global operations and corporate audit, currently serving as the Head of Global Operations - Corporate Audit at Unilever since March 2006. In this role, Suleman leads the global audit operations, defining strategies in collaboration with the Chief Auditor and reporting to the Audit Committee, while managing overall resources. Prior positions at Unilever include Corporate Audit Director and CFO/Finance Director for Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, where Suleman implemented finance functions in high-growth and high-risk regions. Further experience includes roles such as Finance Director for Supply Chain Asia/Africa and Global Finance Director for Commodities, along with early career positions at Gillette Middle East & Africa and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Suleman is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, having received education from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
